There’s only one caveat.
You must be willing to change your habits for good to get… a near-infinity of quality sex!
In the mean time – because changing habits takes time – add these drinks to boost your libido and testosterone to your diet.
The combination of these drinks and a healthy diet should be enough to show positive results.
5 Drinks to Boost your Libido & Testosterone
Watermelon & Spice Juice
1 cup of watermelon
1” thumb of fresh Ginger
ice to taste
Instructions: Open the fruit and cut approx. ¼ of the flesh out for one juice (more if needed). Put the flesh in a blender, add the ginger, ice if you want extra freshness and drink it straight away.
Watermelons are loaded with citrulline, an amino acid that is a precursor of Nitric Oxide (NO). So, NO is a gas that opens up blood vessels. Thus, improving blood flow.
In other words, drinking one glass of watermelon juice daily can help you get harder better, faster and…stronger!
A 2011 study, found that citrulline was effective to improve mild ED symptoms and increase the amount of sexy times! (1)
Finally, ginger will also work to improve blood flow and acts as a mild aphrodisiac, getting your sex drive ready when the time comes.
The Green-horned Devil
½ cup of spinach
½ cup of lettuce
1 cup of celery
½ cup of rocket (or kale)
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
ice to taste
Instructions: Cut all your ingredients in medium-sized chunks and blend until smooth. Add extra ice if needed.
This drink packs a lot of nutrient goodness, especially vitamin A – an essential vitamin to produce sexual hormones (testosterone included). Then, nutmeg will relax blood vessels, helping you have a wondrous erection!
Sexual (Over) Drive
1 cup of pomegranate
a handful of fresh mint
½ teaspoon of ginseng powder or concentrate (Korean red ginseng)
1 teaspoon of dried passionflower
Instructions: Put everything into your blender. Mix until smooth and enjoy!
Ginseng is ideal to boost your libido, increase performance by improving blood flow and relieve stress. (2)
Also, pomegranate – not unlike watermelon – is packed with citrulline (to ensure long-lasting boners). And passionflower improves sexual health by keeping you chill and relaxing your muscles.
1 beetroot (raw)
2 or 3 celery stacks
juice of a one lemon
1” thumb of fresh ginger
Instructions: Peel your carrots (don’t bother if they are organic). Then, cut everything and put it into your blender. Finally, mix until smooth.
This drink will improve your erections, boost your libido and help you increase your T levels.
Beetroot is your new best friend. This vegetable improves stamina (and sexual performance), blood flow, reduces inflammation and blood pressure.
Celery may be a novel secret weapon. Apparently, celery contains androsterone, a pheromone that attracts women.
On a more factual note, celery contains a pretty healthy quantity of arginine, another precursor of NO – making this veggie great for night-lasting erections (well maybe slightly less 😉 )!
Green & Sweet Juice
1 or 2 Organic apples
1 or 2 cups of fresh spinach
Depending on your taste: you can play on the sweetness by adding more apples or spinach
Instructions: Chop your apples and drop them with the spinach into your blender. Then, mix thoroughly and drink it straight-away!
This drink boosts your libido and may also increase testosterone levels.
Spinach contains phytosterols, compounds that can positively impact the metabolism of testosterone. Additionally, spinach is a good source of magnesium, a mineral that is known to increase T levels in sedentary individuals.
Moreover, spinach is also extremely rich in vitamin A (essential to produce sexual hormones) and iron to boost your energy levels.
Finally, apples have a high vitamin C content – which is important to enhance iron absorption and keep optimal energy levels.
