Testicle Stretching And Benefits

I’m going to give you a testicle stretching tip that you should start using.

This isn’t a full blown scrotum enlargement plan, it’s more of a habit you’re going to get into, a ritual you do several times a day.

And this habit is going to give you a nice stretch and a little hormone boost as well.

And best of all, it doesn’t take too long to do.

Here’s the plan…

Wrap your thumb and your index finger around your scrotum above your testicles with your palm facing down.

Your fingers should be in the universal “OK” signal with the thumb and index creating a circle and the rest of your fingers pointing up.

Next, grip your scrotum firmly at the very top and slowly pull your fingers down until you reach your testicles, then gently continue to stretch.

Once you hit bottom, hold for 30 seconds. You can repeat this step if you have the time.

What you want to go for here is a nice stretch, but make sure you stop pulling once you start to feel discomfort, because you can do damage if you pull too hard.

Once you’ve finished this step your testicles and scrotum should be hanging down much lower than they were before you started.

This is your signal that it’s time for part two of this routine…

Testicle Stretching Part 2:


Grab your scrotum at the top again, then bend your wrist so your testicles are are facing upwards.

Then take the palm of your other hand and cup your testicles, then give them a short massage using a circular motion.

To increase sensitivity, make sure you squeeze your testicles tightly to the very bottom of your sack as you’re doing this circular motion.

They should be bulging out through the skin of your scrotum which will dramatically add to the intensity of the massage.

Testosterone Risks

Make sure you do this right, because it’s important.

This step brings on the hormone boost mentioned earlier, because that’s what testicle massages do, even short ones as long as you get the intensity right.

And the squeeze we just covered is what brings this intensity on. I do this routine when I take a shower and a couple more times when I hit the bathroom at home.

You can pull this off in an empty public restroom, but I wouldn’t try it in a crowded room unless you’re locked up into a private stall.

Too keep things simple, I suggest you take care of this business in your own home.

If you do it daily in the shower, then twice more when you go to the can to relieve yourself you’ll do three stretches and three mini massages a day.

That equals 21 a week – 90 a month – 1095 a year.

And if there’s one thing we know for certain about genital stretching, it’s this: Consistency + Time = Results.

There’s a wide range of benefits to testicle stretching.

Some of them are purely cosmetic.

The great news is that by doing the simple stretching routines I explained above, you can get both benefits at the same time without any extra effort.

Stretching Makes Your Balls Bigger

Think about what happens when you stretch your muscles.

This swelling with blood is the same reason that stretching and massaging are beneficial to your balls.

It’s also the same reason that massaging your balls is a lot more beneficial that just stretching your scrotum.

The scrotum is nothing more than a carrier for your balls – stretching it has no real benefits, but it will get bigger as you increase the size of your testicles.

The thing to keep in mind is that you need to get into a consistent habit with this.

In order to cement those gains, you need to stretch daily so your body will get used to the changes you’re trying to make. Eventually, the changes will stick around.

If you stop stretching for a while, the blood flow will ultimately decrease. Your body will “forget” how you stretched it and you’ll lose anything you gained.

Bigger Balls Make More Testosterone

This is probably the biggest (pun intended) benefit of having larger testicles. It’s been confirmed time and again in a ton of scientific studies.

Here are a few of the highlights.

In one study of adult men, testicular volume and testosterone levels were studied in depth to determine if there was any connection between the two.

Another study looked at adult male sheep during mating season. Results from this study showed the same thing: there was a strong positive relationship between testicle size and T levels. (source)
