So you’re interested in learning how to increase testicle size, huh?
Good for you! You’ve figured out that your testicle size and your happiness are closely linked together…
Because when your boys are small, you’re unmotivated. You have low sex drive…. You’re unhappy.
But when your testicles are full and heavy?
Happiness is a given…
Because big testicles produce much more testosterone than small testicles do… And more testosterone means more energy.
More confidence. More sex drive… More happiness.
How To Increase Testicle Size (5 steps)
So here’s the BIG question….
How do you increase the size of your testicles? Well, that’s a very long list, but let’s start off with these important suggestions..…
- Keep your testicles cool whenever possible
- Maximize vitamin D stores in your body with sunlight
- Increase consumption of all the fat soluble vitamins
- Reduce your exposure to plastics and other chemicals
- Allow the cremasteric reflex to operate normally in your body
This last point here deserves a little discussion.. I dig deep into this topic in my free-ebook but I’m going to spell it out here too.
When you wear tight fitting clothing, you trap your testicles up close to your body.
This increases heat. And all it takes is a tiny jump in temperature for your testicles to stop producing semen.
Nature has a highly efficient way of dealing with this problem.
It’s called the cremasteric reflex. The dropping of the scrotal sack that occurs when your testicles get too hot.
If you want to see this reflex in action….
Take a peek at your balls the next time you step out of a hot shower. They’ll be hanging much lower than normal, thanks to this reflex.
Now here’s the problem…
Tight fitting clothing shuts this process down, because they keep your testicles trapped up close to your body.
Preventing your balls from dropping down. Because of this, many men are walking around with chronically overheated testicles…
And are producing very low levels of semen because of it.
And this reduced semen production is one of the main reasons your testicles aren’t as big as they should be.
So here’s the take home message…
Make sure you give your package plenty of room so your cremasteric reflex can operate normally.
This will keep your testicles cool, leading to increased semen and hormone production. This is the key to increased testicle size..
Because cool testicles loaded down with semen are going to be much bigger than hot testicles that are.
So cool is good. Hot is not.
Update – How To Increase Testicle Size Part 2:
We’ve updated this article with new info probiotics, along with additional information on sleep, alcohol consumption and the negative impact soy foods have on testicle function.
Let’s go…
Supplement with Lactobacillus Reuteri.
If you think the two words above refer to a rare dinosaur, chances are you’re unfamiliar with the amazing power of probiotics.
If you need a refresher course, each of our bodies boasts what we call a “microbiome,” which is made up of billions upon billions of bacteria.
Most of these “good bacteria” are located in our gut, where they help us digest food. However, you can find these helpful little microorganisms in nearly every system and organ of our bodies.
One particular potent strain of bacteria is known as Lactobacillus Reuteri, and you can find it in soft cheeses, natural yogurts, and buttermilk.
Aside from keeping your gut happy, studies show that supplementing with LR can significantly improve semen volume. Indeed, one study took men deemed “infertile” and gave them LR supplements for 10 weeks.
After that period, nearly half of them demonstrated dramatically increased loads.
But that’s not all.
Other studies show that L. Reuteri bacteria can actually increase the size of your testicles (source).
Though research has been limited to mice at this point, it indicates that probiotic microbes can sustain youthful testosterone levels for longer periods of time, keeping your “baby factory” full, heathy, and operating at maximum capacity.
Develop Supreme Sleep Habits.
The world tells men lots of things. One is that we should work hard, stay up late, get up early, and generally be as productive as possible.
But if you look at the actual science behind all this, you’ll find that one of the worst things you can do for your health – and your sex life – is to skip out on a good night’s sleep.
In fact, a 2018 study on sleep duration found that it was directly associated with testicular size in young men, thus affecting their reproductive potential.
Where good sleep was lacking, so too were large, healthy testicles. Though the reasons behind the correlation are still being researched, it’s theorized that the big factor at play here is the REM cycle.
This is the deepest level of sleep, where our bodies shut down the production of norepinephrine. What is that, you say? Well, norepinephrine is the neurotransmitter that constricts the blood vessels leading to your genitals.
Without it, your balls miss out on the oxygen-rich blood that keeps them healthy and happy.
The problem with REM sleep is that it isn’t a guarantee.
If you’re drinking caffeine in the afternoon, drinking alcohol late at night, or looking at your phone in bed, you might be robbing yourself of this valuable sleep stage.
So cut out the screen time, destress yourself, and settle in before bed. Your testicles will thank you.
Stop Eating Soy to Increase Testicle Size
If you think that soy has just gotten a “bad rap” thanks to weightlifters and other “alpha types,” think again. Soy-related products like tofu, soy milk, tempeh, and miso are basically kryptonite to male sexual health.
In fact, recent research has found that men with the highest intake level of soy foods average 35 million fewer sperm per ml than those who don’t eat soy at all!
Indeed, studies show a direct link between soy and isoflavone intake and the quality of semen in a wide variety of animals, including humans.
To make matters worse, as men ate more soy, it was discovered that their fertility levels dropped, and sperm motility, morphology, and ejaculation volume decreasing significantly.
The main culprit for all of this seems to be the way soy increases estrogen activity, which can throw off our testosterone balance.
And as that testosterone production goes down, the “factory” producing it (your testicles) starts to “downsize.” Fortunately, cutting all soy products out of your diet as soon as possible can allow your balls to return to a healthy girth.
Avoid Aluminum For More Size
Aluminum is the most abundant mineral in Earth’s crust, so it should come as no surprise that we humans have found a lot of ways to put it to use.
From food packaging and antiperspirants to computer and furniture components – aluminum is everywhere.
Unfortunately, this is a big problem for us men.
Indeed, multiple studies have shown aluminum exposure to have a negative effect on your sperm count.
Though the reasons for this are not quite understood as of yet, it’s likely that some aspect of aluminum’s elemental makeup disrupts spermiogenesis, which is the actual formation of sperm in the testicles.
Further research also found a correlation between aluminum exposure and high levels of oxidative stress, which kills the cells in our testes, causing them to shrink.
While you can’t completely avoid something as common as aluminum, you can start by hunting down aluminum-free versions of the products you use every day – especially those applied to your skin, like deodorant.
Don’t Binge on Alcohol
Despite being one of the most widely consumed drugs in the world, you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone who would argue that alcohol is healthy.
However, most men don’t realize the amount of damage those long drinking bouts are doing to their bodies – particularly their testicles.
Indeed, if you pay attention to the most recent research, there’s simply no denying the correlation between alcohol use and reproductive issues.
In fact, one study dating all the way back to 1998 made it perfectly clear that alcohol has serious consequences for our entire reproductive system, from our hypothalamus and pituitary glands all the way to our penis, prostate, and testes.
The most serious condition here is what’s known as alcohol-induced testicular atrophy.
This is when the Leydig and germ cells (which produce testosterone and sperm, respectively) are so damaged that they begin to die off, causing our balls to shrink significantly in response.
And if this weren’t scary enough, it’s possible that some of the most severe damage can’t be undone simply by quitting drinking.
