Low testosterone, small testicles.
Is there a connection? There most definitely is…
As a matter of fact, your testicles would shrivel up and die without testosterone.
And if your boys are smaller than they should be, your body isn’t producing enough of this vital hormone.
Here’s why….
95 percent of the testosterone circulating in your blood stream right now was produced by your gonads.
And a set of testicles with a high output of testosterone will always be big in size.
Anything else is impossible, because more T also means more sperm production and greater leydig cell activity. And both of these lead to testicular growth.
But some men were born genetically disadvantaged…
They were exposed to very little testosterone in the womb and as a result, they have a lower masculine profile.
This occurs because the masculinity stage is set in the womb, and your exposure to T during this development determines quite a few things…
The amount of facial hair you’ll grow, the pitch of your voice, the size of your Adam’s apple and of your testicles.
You easily verify if you fit into this low testosterone – small testicles category….
Hold your right hand up with your palm facing forward, then compare your index finger (the one next to your thumb) to your ring finger (the one next to your pinkie).
In humans and several animals species including rats, a longer ring finger equates to more fetal exposure to testosterone in the womb.
So if your ring finger is longer than your index, you were exposed to plenty of T early on, so your small testicles are likely caused by lifestyle or environmental factors, not genetics.
If this describes you, I suggest you read the info in this article.
But, if your two fingers are similar in length, or if your index finger is actually longer than your ring finger, you definitely had low T exposure in the womb.
This isn’t the greatest news, but it doesn’t mean you’re destined for a life of masculine underachievement.
You can still maximize the potential of what you were given, and my experience has shown that your gains can still be quite dramatic.
As a matter of fact, a committed man with low fetal T exposure can eclipse a man with high exposure who’s not committed.
You’re just going to have to work at it a little more than others to get there.
Your first priority should be to pay attention to your physical state, because estrogen has a tendency to run wild in a low fetal man.
Things to watch out for are weight gain around the hips and thighs, underdeveloped chest, arms and shoulders and growth of feminine breast tissue, AKA man-boobs.
Elevated estrogen also saps your sex drive and increases the size of your prostate, so pay attention to these factors as well.
Your ultimate goal should be to keep your estrogen level in the lower end of the range at all times.
But remember…
There are several different types of estrogen, including estrone (E1), estriol (E3), but the one you need to watch the most is estradiol (E2)…
Because this is the estrogen faction that impacts testosterone status the most.
It’s also the form of E that causes testicular atrophy. The sweet spot is less than 2.5 pg/ml, so make sure you shoot for something below that number.
This is the most important step you can take, and you should get this done first.
My e-course will help you achieve this goal. If you’re not ready to commit, at minimum, you should take the steps outlined in my free ebook.
Either way, the most important thing for you is that you have a plan going forward.
Next: Low Testosterone Small Testicles & Muscle:
One more thing I’d like to talk about before we go….
If you weren’t dealt the best genetic hand, you can gain a ton masculine of milage by increasing your muscle mass.
Because muscle is the great equalizer in the man game, and you can control this variable easily.
You may not be able to create the classic Arnold look, but you can still built a muscular body that will increase your perceived status among other men.
If you take a one two approach to this, and work to increase both muscle and testicular size you’ll dramatically increase your chances of success….
Because more muscle means less estrogen.
And less estrogen means more testosterone. And this hormonal combination always leads to testicular growth and a more masculine hormone profile.
And this will make it much easier for you to pack on the muscle you need.
As a matter of fact, you can gauge your T to E status by taking note of how easy or difficult this muscle accumulation is.
Once you hit the sweet spot, your body will begin to shift toward a more masculine state, even if you don’t exercise.
Of course, I still recommend you do.
