1. Penis Clamping to Increase Penile Girth

If you’re new to the penis enlargement world, you might not know about clamping. Here’s how it works.

The idea is that you give yourself an erection, then you ‘tie off’ your penis so that the blood can’t get back OUT.

Essentially, you tie a tight knot at the base of your penis, not unlike a tourniquet.

As more blood flows in and no blood leaves, you end up swelling the tissues and cells beyond their natural capacity.

Over time, this swelling will actually expand those tissues, giving you a new upper threshold and thus, increasing your size permanently.

In order to do this, you need a few things. First, you need something that you can tie off your penis with.

A cable clamp is probably the best tool, good at restricting blood and fast and easy to release.

You can buy them online easily enough, or go to your local hardware store and check out their selection (don’t worry – if you ask for cable clamps you’re not going to get any strange looks).

Naturally, these clamps are hardly the most comfortable things. You’ll also need a protective wrap to act as a buffer between the hard plastic and your delicate penis.

Any old piece of cloth like a sock or a band aid will work, but for best results I recommend a mouse pad cut into strips.

The fabric side is nice and soft against your penis can the other side is rubbery and grips the clamp exceptionally well. Plus, it’s machine washable!

Here’s how you actually clamp. 

First, you need to stimulate yourself (or get someone to stimulate you) to an almost-full erection (about 90%).

Next, put your protective wrap on your penis. Where you put your wrap is where the clamp is going to go, so you want it as close to the base of your penis as possible.

Now you clamp your penis and tighten it down.

It needs to be as tight as possible without any pain or major discomfort.

And that’s it really. Make sure you keep your erection and try and do Kegel exercises to keep blood in the penis.

Things to watch out for:

Don’t clamp for too long. If you’re just starting out, 5 minutes should do it.

Build up over time for a maximum time of 10 minutes. Increase your sets to maximize clamping impact (with a 10 minute break in between).

Kegeling is key to maximizing impact.

Rotate a day on/day off to avoid injury.

Clamping is a great technique for improving penile girth, but it probably won’t increase length that much. And for best results, combine with jelqing and pumping.

2. Jelqing to Increase Penile Girth

Jelqing is probably the most common penis strength exercise out there, but a shocking number of people don’t know how to do it effectively (if at all).

Fortunately, it’s a super simple technique to do and it doesn’t require ANY special equipment. Just your (or preferably someone else’s) hand.

Here’s what you do. 

First, make an “OK” sign with you thumb and index finger.

Then, starting at base, squeeze up your penis, forcing the blood into the tip, like you’re squeezing a tube of toothpaste.

The idea is a similar to clamping. By forcing blood into tissue at a higher-than-normal rate, over time they’ll expand their maximum blood capacity and thus, increase girth.

Unlike most other lengthening and girth increasing techniques, jelqing actually has some hard science to back it up.

Back in the 1970s… 

Dr. Brian Richards did a study on 32 men and found that when they performed jelqing exercises for three months, 87% saw an increase in both length and girth.

The participant’s girth increased on average by 1 inch with an average length increase of 1.13 inches.

Things to watch out for:

Don’t jelq when you’re fully erect. Flaccid or semi-flaccid is the best way to avoid injury.

Warm up. This is exercise after all!

Don’t jelq over the head of your penis. Go to the base of the head and stop.

Be gentle. It won’t feel as nice as a handjob but it should feel pretty good. If it hurts, STOP.

3. Pumping to Increase Penile Girth

Finally, there’s pumping. Forever immortalized in Austin Powers, many men turn to it as the be-all to end-all solution to their size problems.

In fact, most men are unlikely to see significant gains unless they use their pump in conjunction with other exercises.

And when you can spend upwards of $160 on a penis pump, you can imagine the frustration of it not quite delivering the results promised.

That said, a pump IS a good way to improve your girth when used with jelqing and clamping. 

A penis pump is a fundamentally simple tool. It works by creating a vacuum (usually with air or water) around your penis.

Then, air is pumped out, resulting in negative pressure which makes blood flow into your penis beyond its natural state.

This expands the total capacity for your penile tissue and, over time, will increase the total girth of your erect penis.

Here’s an easy way to understand this. You know when you were a kid and you had an empty bottle of water, and you’d stick your lip in the top and suck all the air out so your lip got pulled in?

It’s the same physics, just on your penis.

Now here comes the bad news. Unless you pump CAREFULLY, it’s extremely easy to over pump and cause some serious and lasting damage to your penis as too much blood flows in and the tissues literally burst like a water balloon.

However, when you combine regular, low stress pumping with jelqing and clamping, you can see serious gains.

Things to watch out for:

Don’t pump for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. When you pump, you actually deprive your penis from fresh blood and much-needed oxygen. Short term this is fine, but longer than 20 minutes and you risk nerve and tissue damage from lack of oxygen.

Gains take a long time to take hold – you’ll likely have to pump regularly for a year or more. Stick with it!

Don’t rush in – make sure you start out slow with only one session per day and build up from there.

How To Increase Penile Girth – Conclusion
