I’ve been reading articles on your site and I’d like to ask you what you need to do to get more testosterone?
I could use some help with this.
Don’t take this the wrong way, but you don’t have an information problem, you have a motivation problem.
Because if you’ve been reading the articles on my website, you already know what you need to do to increase your testosterone levels, right?
So the real question is, why aren’t you doing this stuff already?
I’m going to assume you either want me to do it for you, which we both know is impossible, or you need a little help taking the first step.
And no worries Tyler, because this problem is fairly common, especially in men who have gotten out of the habit of getting things done…
Guys who spend all their time looking at porn, chasing down Burger King or watching television.
Now, I’m not saying you’re doing these exact things Tyler.
What I am saying is you’re spending too much time on Passive Leisure Activities, because if you weren’t you would have done something by now.
And just so you know, here’s how I define the words passive leisure…
If an activity doesn’t give you anything, aside from a little mindless entertainment, it’s definitely passive leisure.
And I’lll admit, this type of behavior does have it’s place in life….
Say you put in a satisfying day at work, got off and hit the gym hard, then came home and plopped in front of the TV for an hour to decompress, no worries at all….
Because this leisure time has been earned, so it’s beneficial, because everyone needs to rewind after a successful round of productivity.
But if you spend more time rewinding than you do getting stuff done, you’re going to run into serious problems…
Because a little effort is required if you want to build a happy and successful life for yourself.
So lets do something Tyler…
Lets get you off that easy chair and out there in the world where you can actually accomplish something that will make you feel better as a man…

Pick something real easy to do…
Something that doesn’t require a major time commitment, then get started on it today, and don’t quit until you’re finished.
Walk into your kitchen and throw everything away that has SOY on the label, then go to the store and buy some food that will feed your testicles nutrients, instead of taking them away.
BAM. You just got something done – so you’ve earned a little leisure time.
Now, just make sure you don’t overdo it.
You can tell easily when it’s time to get moving again, because boredom and mild depression will kick in if you remain passive too long.
And that depression comes around because deep down, you know you’re wasting your life away on activities that give you nothing in return, after a certain point.
So once you reach that point, get up and do something, it’s as simple as that.
