]]>Good question.
Some nuts are known for their for their ability to improve sperm quality and quantity.
Several studies have shown that consumption of nuts has a positive impact male fertility.
Nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews, and pistachios are rich in antioxidants, which can help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.
Two factors that have been linked to male infertility and decreased ejaculation volume.
Oxidative stress can damage the DNA in sperm, affecting their quality and motility.
Antioxidants can also protect sperm from this damage and improve their function and effectiveness.
Studies have also shown that nuts can increase semen volume, sperm count, motility and morphology.
In a study published in the journal Andrologia…
Men who consumed a mixture of nuts including almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts…
Had a 16% increase in sperm count and a 6% improvement in sperm motility compared to men who consumed no nuts (source).
Another study published in the journal Nutrients found that a diet rich in nuts was associated with higher semen volume and better sperm morphology.
Nuts are also a good source of arginine, an amino acid that plays a crucial role in sperm production.
Arginine is a precursor for nitric oxide, a molecule that helps relax blood vessels and improve blood flow to the penis and testicles.
This increased blood flow can enhance sperm production and improve sperm quality and overall health.
In addition to arginine, nuts are also rich in other nutrients that are essential for male reproductive health.
For example…
Walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to boost sperm quality and motility.
Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium, a mineral that has been linked to increased sperm production and motility as well.
While nuts have many benefits for male sexuality, keep in mind that they should be consumed in moderation if you’re carrying excess weight.
Nuts are high in calories and fat, which can contribute to weight gain and other health issues if eat too many.
Men who are trying to conceive or increase ejac volume should eat a small handful of nuts per day to gain these benefits and no more.
I personally consume nuts a few times a week, and always to to include on brazil nuts, specifically.
Why?
Because studies have shown that selenium can positively affect hormone levels, including those related to fertility, sexual health, and overall wellbeing.
And brazil nuts are are loaded with this mineral.
One particular study found that men who consumed just two Brazil nuts per day for three months experienced a significant increase in testosterone levels.
And remember, your testosterone levels have a major impact on the quality and volume of your sperm and semen production.
Another study found that selenium improved sperm motility, otherwise know as the ability to swim toward the egg in order to fertilize it.
Which is obviously another sign of optimal sperm health.
And finally, brazil nuts, due to their high selenium content were shown in the same study to reduce DNA damage in infertile men.
The bottom line?
Eats your nuts, but do so in moderation.
And make sure you include a few brazil nuts into the mix because they deliver the biggest impact…
On hormones, sperm and semen health.
That is indeed a good question – so, nuts could potentially benefit what’s inside yours?!
You may have heard that male health is declining worldwide.
Global testosterone levels are significantly decreasing and sperm quality (count and volume) are also diminishing.
This isn’t great news. However, that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to be done about it.
For starters, improving overall diet and lifestyle is the first move to improve testicular health and that includes, your loads.
So, if you are looking for a magic pill to fix it all, I am sorry to say that such a thing does not exist.
Nevertheless, nuts may not be magical pills but they could be pretty damn close to it!
Let’s discover which nuts are good to increase sperm volume ASAP!
Did you know that Vitamin C could help you get bigger loads? Discover how HERE!
Just before digging into nuts…and the health of yours. Let’s talk about a recent groundbreaking study that outlined how nuts could improve your sperm.
Spanish researchers divided 119 men – from 18 to 35 – in two groups. The first group was asked not to modify their diet and thus, they stuck to a typical western diet.
However, the second group was asked to add 60 grams of nuts to their daily diet – or about two handfuls.
The researchers collected blood and semen samples before and after the 14 week study in order to measure the impact of nut consumption on sperm.
The “nut” group saw a 16% increase in sperm count. Additionally, sperm motility, vitality and morphology significantly improved. (1)
So, what are the nuts that they used to see these pretty good results?!
Almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts but not only!
Such nuts and other ones like Brazil nuts are packed with nutrients that have been scientifically linked to healthier sperm.
They are all good – and in some cases great – sources of omega-3 fatty acids, folate, vitamin E, zinc and selenium (3 Brazil nuts daily are enough to give you enough selenium!)
These nutrients are essential to protect your cells, including your sperm cells against free-radical damage and to maintain cellular integrity.
Thus, by boosting your nutrient intake, you will improve your fertility and also, your hormonal regulation, which in turn will also help you have a healthy volume of sperm!
Diet wise, nuts are also a great filling snack. Although, they might be extremely rich – a handful is usually around 200 calories – but these calories happen to be extremely nutritious.
So, if your diet is balanced for the rest of the day, these nuts will provide essential nutrients, such as antioxidants, minerals and fatty acids.
However, not all nuts are created equal – clearly.
Walnuts are packed full with omega-3, Brazil nuts provide more than enough selenium and almonds are high in vitamin E (which is also excellent for skin health and skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis).
If your sperm is yellow and jelly-like, discover why right now and what to do about it!
In the past 40 years, sperm counts have dropped a whooping 50% worldwide.
Most factors that may play a role in this radical decrease are pollution, terrible diets, substance abuse, sedentary lifestyles and smoking. (2)
So, if you are worried about the health of your sperm, take action. Things won’t change if you don’t.
Make sure your diet is packed with nutrient-rich foods such as colourful vegetables, a little bit of fruit, legumes, wholesome cereals and good quality alcohol (both things in moderation), grass fed protein and dairy, and of course, a good handful of mixed nuts daily!
Finally, exercise is essential for hormonal health (good testosterone levels) and of course, sperm health.
Therefore, make sure to exercise at least 3 times a week and mix cardiovascular to resistance exercises to improve your overall and sexual health on the long run.
Still, do not feel guilty if you indulge once or twice every two weeks. It won’t kill you and frankly, life without guilty pleasures, isn’t worth living or not quite as nice!

]]>Then you’re in the right place.
There are actually quite a few natural methods you can use right now to increase your testicle size. These methods don’t require any prescriptions or procedures.
All you need to do for most of them is make some simple lifestyle changes.
In general, the key here is living a healthy life.
That means eating right and making sure you get enough vitamins and minerals. It also means sleeping at least 8 hours per night, avoiding harmful chemicals, and cutting down your alcohol intake.
Why do these things work to increase testicle size?
To put it simply, they all help your body produce more testosterone. Testosterone is the most important hormone in the male body when it comes to sexual health and performance.
Science confirms that more testosterone results in larger testicles.
Data from multiple studies has shown that there is a strong positive correlation between testosterone levels and testicle size. (1, 2, 3)
So in reality, to get bigger balls, you need to increase your testosterone levels. All the methods below will help you get huge testicles by working to increase your body’s natural testosterone production.
Now I know this might sound a bit crazy, but there’s real science behind why this works. Our testicles are where testosterone is produced inside our bodies.
However, in order to produce testosterone, our testicles must be slightly cooler than normal human body temperature. Ever noticed how your sack will tense up and shrink when you get cold?
Or hang extra low when it’s really hot? That’s a natural way that your body tries to regulate the temperature of your testicles. If your testicles get too hot, they won’t actually produce any testosterone.
That’s why icing your balls can help increase your testosterone production. Wearing looser underwear like boxers can help too.
If your regularly wear tight-fitting underwear or pants, you might be hurting your body’s own testosterone production process.
If you want to try icing your balls, grab an ice pack and apply it to your underwear in the area where your testicles hang. Don’t apply it directly to your skin! Leave the ice pack on for 10-15 minutes. You should do this no more than 3 times per day.
This is a big one guys. If you masturbate excessively and you use porn to do it, then you are killing your body’s testosterone levels.
Not only that, but you’re also messing with your head. Porn is addictive because it releases an unnatural amount of dopamine (the pleasure chemical) in your brain.
Over time, this can result in a lack of motivation for sex because your body learns to prefer the elevated dopamine you get from porn.
Sex with a real human on the other hand is healthy for both brain and body. It also feels much better physically.
That’s because real sex involves a lot more foreplay, anticipation, skin contact, and pheromones than masturbation does.
All of these things combine to produce a much strong ejaculatory response to sex – meaning you’ll ejaculate more and it will feel much better.
Studies have also confirmed that having real sex can actually result in a sharp increase in testosterone levels.
One study of men visiting a sex club found that those who actually had sex in the club saw a 72% increase in testosterone levels, compared to an 11% increase in those who just watched. (4)
Another study of couples found that on nights when they had sex, overall testosterone levels increased significantly compared to nights that they did not. (5)
Plastics and many common personal care products are chock full of harmful chemicals. Specifically, they contain numerous endocrine disrupting chemicals.
The word endocrine is key because the endocrine system is responsible for all your body’s hormones – hormones like testosterone.
If the endocrine system is disrupted by harmful chemicals, then your hormones will be out of wack. For men, that could mean drastically lowered testosterone levels.
This has been proven many times over. Dr. Shanna Swan of Mount Sinai Hospital in New York has been studying the effects of plastics on reproductive health for decades.
Her research shows that many chemicals found in common plastics can seriously hurt penis size, sperm count, and testosterone levels. (6)
One of the worst offenders is a chemical group known as phthalates. These are found in most plastics and are used to make them more flexible.
Multiple studies have found that phthalates can seriously lower testosterone levels.
They have also been shown to delay puberty in children whose mother’s were exposed to high levels of these chemicals during pregnancy. (7, 8)
Bisphenol A or BPA is another bad one. Most plastics claim that they no longer contain BPA, but testing has shown this isn’t completely true. (9)
BPA has been proven to significantly lower testosterone levels.
One study of men who worked in a factory where BPA was produced found that subjects had drastically lower testosterone levels compared to a control group. Other studies have shown that BPA can cause outright sexual dysfunction in men. (10, 11)
Triclosan is another one to be aware of. It’s an antibacterial compound that’s found in quite a few lotions, soaps, and hand sanitizers. Multiple studies have shown that this chemical can drastically lower testosterone levels. It’s so bad that it’s actually been banned in the EU since 2010. (12, 13)
That’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to harmful chemicals. There are tons more hiding in many personal care products and plastics.
The best way to avoid them?
Use metal, glass, or paper products instead when possible. Additionally, try to use only natural care products – stuff with just a few (readable) ingredients and no artificial scents.
You can find these at Whole Foods and other natural food and health stores.
A solid vitamin routine each day will pay big dividends when it comes to your testosterone levels.
In fact, there’s a long list of crucial vitamins that are scientifically proven to seriously impact testosterone levels.
We’ll cover a few of the most important ones here.
Up first is vitamin A, and not just because it’s first alphabetically. It’s probably one of the top 3 best vitamins for testosterone, and that’s proven by science.
Studies have shown that when there is no vitamin A circulating in human male testicles, testosterone levels drop like crazy.
Other studies have confirmed that there’s a clear link between vitamin A levels and testosterone levels. (14, 15)
Vitamin D is arguably just as important.
This vitamin is actually responsible for more than 1,000 critical bodily functions. It’s also proven to have a big impact on testosterone levels.
Multiple studies have found a clear link between vitamin D and testosterone levels. One study found that men with adequate vitamin D showed significantly higher T levels than men with a vitamin D deficiency. (16)
Another study found that after consistent vitamin D supplementation over a 1-year period, male test subjects showed a 25% increase in testosterone levels compared to a control group. (17)
There are plenty of other vitamins that will help you maximize your testosterone levels. It’s important to make sure you’re getting enough of all of them to give your body the fuel it needs.
Other critical vitamins for testosterone include vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin K. You should also pay attention to minerals like magnesium, calcium, selenium, zinc, and boron – these will also give your T levels a big boost.
The best way to make sure you’re getting enough vitamins?
Eat high quality whole foods and start taking a good multivitamin every morning. Make sure it covers all the key vitamins we just discussed.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but alcohol can be seriously harmful when it comes to testosterone levels.
Now, I’m not saying you have to quit drinking across the board. However, less alcohol intake is better when it comes to optimizing your testosterone levels.
The science on this is pretty cut and dry. Studies have found that heavy alcohol intake can cause a significant drop in testosterone levels.
Additionally, the science shows that consistent alcohol abuse can eventually result in hypogonadism – that’s the technical term for when your testicles stop producing testosterone completely. (18, 19)
That’s a clear sign that alcohol is an enemy of testosterone. However, you can still have a few drinks if you want without much of an impact on your T levels.
Studies have found that consuming the equivalent of 2 glasses of red wine results in about a 7% drop in testosterone levels. (20)
Bottom line: the more you drink, the greater the negative impact will be on your testosterone levels.
Sleep is absolutely essential if you want to raise your T levels and increase your testicle size.
In fact, getting good sleep is probably the number one thing you can do to optimize your testosterone levels.
Now, when I say “good sleep” here I mean sleep from 7 – 8 hours each night. That number is the sweet spot for optimal testosterone and it has actually been proven by science.
One major study on this topic compared two groups of men. Men in group A slept for 4 hours each night, while men in group B slept for 8 hours each night.
Every man in the study had their T levels tested each morning.
Results showed that the men in group B who slept 8 hours per night consistently had more than double the testosterone in their bodies compared to group A subjects. (21)
Other studies have consistently confirmed these results. One study was even able to calculate that each extra hour of sleep resulted in a 15% increase in testosterone levels. (22)
So it pays to get good sleep! If you consistently sleep less than 8 hours each night, adding an extra few hours can provide a big increase for your testosterone levels.
I don’t mean to pick on a specific food here, but there is science that shows that specific compounds in soy can decrease sperm counts and lower testosterone levels.
In one study, results showed that men who at large amounts of soy-based foods showed drastically lower sperm counts than men who did not consume soy-based foods. (23)
Another study found that consistent soy intake over a 54 day period resulted in a notable decrease in testosterone levels. (24)
However, not all the science is in agreement on this topic. Some studies have presented conflicting evidence, claiming that soy really has no measurable impact on T levels. (25)
In this case, I would take a “better safe than sorry” approach and try to eliminate as much soy from your diet as possible.
The potential risk to your T levels outweighs any benefit you might get from soy foods.
If you’re familiar with probiotics, then you’ve probably heard the name Lactobacillus Reuteri before.
If it’s new to you, allow me to explain.
Our bodies are actually full of many different bacteria, and many of them are good!
These bacteria live in our intestines and make up our microbiome, a crucial part of our health. They are responsible for digestion and play a big role in defending our bodies against disease.
Probiotics are one group of these good bacteria. Lactobacillus Reuteri is just one type of beneficial probiotic that’s been proven to increase testosterone levels and testicle size.
One study found that Lactobacillus Reuteri resulted in increased testosterone production, higher sperm quality, and even larger testicles in male mice. (26)
Human studies have found similar results. In one example, infertile men were given a Lactobacillus Reuteri supplement for ten weeks.
Results showed that the supplement was able to increase ejaculate volume and sperm count. (27)
Zinc is an essential mineral for human health. It’s also a known testosterone booster, especially in men who have a zinc deficiency.
One study of infertile men found that consistent zinc supplementation resulted in significant increases in testosterone levels for men with low T levels.
The impact of the supplementation was less significant for men with higher T levels, but it still increased DHT in these subjects. (28)
Zinc is also known to evaporate through sweat, so men who exercise very often can also benefit from zinc supplementation.
In elite athletes, zinc supplementation has been proven to significantly increase testosterone levels. (29)
The same results have been also found in studies of non-athletes who were given a light exercise regiment. (30)
In short, zinc can provide a big boost to your T levels, especially if have low T or you’re not getting enough zinc daily (which is most men).
Zinc is still beneficial even if you don’t meet those criteria, but the effects will be less dramatic.
As humans, we cannot produce zinc inside our bodies – we need to get it from outside sources. That means taking a good supplement on a regular basis.
The truth is that it’s completely possible to increase your testicle size. You don’t need expensive treatments, drugs, or surgery. You can increase your testicle size with natural methods.
The methods outlined here are the best ways to increase testicle size naturally. They are really just the beginning, but they will give you a solid foundation to build on.
Living healthy is important when it comes to testosterone and sexual health. Nearly all of these methods have that in common.
If you get enough sleep, eat well, avoid chemicals, and exercise, then you’re already well on your way to achieving optimal testosterone levels.
Testosterone is crucial for your testicles and your overall sexual health. By working to optimize the levels of testosterone in your body, you will improve your libido, your sexual performance, and your attractiveness to the opposite sex.
Another nice benefit is that optimal testosterone levels will also help get huge testicles. Focusing on a healthy lifestyle is really all you need to do in order to get started with this.
Working on the key areas discussed in this article will help increase your testosterone levels and in turn, increase your testicle size.
Just remember that consistency is key – you need to keep at it with these methods in order to see any lasting results.

]]>Your testicles can increase in size by as much as 50 percent just prior to ejaculation, due to increased blood flow.
If you squeeze a man’s testicles firmly enough, he’ll black out. Hit them with enough force, and you’ll sterilize him for life.
You feel testicle trauma inside your belly region because the nerve ending leading away from your testicles are attached to your stomach.
Your sperm thrives at body temperature long enough for them to travel through the female reproductive tract and fertilize the egg. After this journey is over, they die off quickly.
Your cremasteric reflex lowers your testicles to keep the temperatures down, because semen is more stable when it’s stored in a cooler environment.
Your cremasteric muscle also kicks in to protect your testicles when you feel threatened, by moving them closer to your body.
You can test your cremasteric reflex by stroking your inner thigh. If your testicles rise, all systems are go.
Your left testicle is more likely to be larger and hang lower inside your scrotum. If your right testicle is bigger and hangs lower, you’re more likely to be left handed.
Just before ejaculation, your testicles elevate and make direct contact with your body. If your testicles don’t rise, you won’t ejaculate.
A man born with one testicle is still capable of impregnating females and fathering children.
Napoleon Bonaparte, Adolf Hitler and Arnold Schwarzenegger were all reported to have only one testicle.
In the Middle Ages, men wanting male offspring would sometimes chop off their left testicle because they believed that the right testicle made boy sperm, and the left made girl sperm.
Your penis has more nerve endings than your testicles, but your testis have many more pain receptors.
Testosterone controls testicular volume, so the more T you have the bigger your testicles are going to be.
Expose a man’s testicles to too much estrogen and he’ll become infertile.
Polyorchidism is the word used to describe men born with 3 testicles. This is a rare condition, with less than 200 cases reported in the medical literature.
You release up to 500 million sperm per ejaculation, but only about 200 of these swimmers will make it all the way to the egg for possible fertilization.
After puberty, testes volume increases by as much as 500 percent compared to their size before puberty.
Testicular cancer is a young mans disease, with most men being diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 39.
Male lions have huge balls. When a female lion is in heat, he mates with her every half hour for three days straight.
In one grasshopper species, the testicles occupy half of their body mass.
The blue whale is the largest animal on earth, but the right whale has the largest testicles. Each one weighs in at a whopping 1100 pounds.
The average human testicle measures 2 inches long, 1.2 inches in height.
Human testicle facts, the man’s testicle is smaller than a chimpanzees but much larger than a gorillas.
Average human testicle size has been going down progressively over the last four decades in industrialized nations worldwide.
Here’s how you can avoid being part of this statistic.
Read on for 12 more testicles facts…
Testicles contain more diverse proteins than anywhere else within the body. Our bodies contain upwards of 20,000 proteins, found in all of our essential organs, hair, and more. But of these 20,000, an astounding 82% is expressed in the testes, ensuring your sperm has all the biological data they need for reproduction.
On average, the testes create almost 300 million sperm per day. As if that stat wasn’t already ridiculously impressive, the testes manage to also make 3000 per second. In just under a month, the body actually develops more sperm than there are people.
Compression of the testicles was once a rare form of execution. While it didn’t happen often, there have been historical accounts of men having their testicles squeezed until they died as a form of legal punishment. One of the better-known ones dates back to the Ottoman Empire in 1622.
The testicles have played an important role in musical history. Because women weren’t allowed to sing in church choruses, 16th century choir boys (called castrati) would be castrated to take over the vocal role.
The world’s largest scrotum weighed roughly 132 pounds. The man behind the scrotum was Wesley Warren, a man who suffered from a unique condition called scrotal elephantiasis that caused massive swelling. Unfortunately, he died in 2014, but was able to get free surgery on his scrotum prior to this.
Survival from testicular cancer is incredibly high if caught early. According to cancer research compiled in the UK, this specific type of cancer has upwards of a 95% survival rate should you detect any issues early.
Beaver balls were once thought to act as a contraceptive. 16th to 18th century women who didn’t get pregnant would even go so far as to brew tea or moonshine with them.
Chimney sweeps in the 1700s and 1800s were prone to scrotal cancer. A chemical called creosote was to blame, as it would transfer from the chimney to the sweeps and collect between the skin folds on their scrotums.
Research suggests people with smaller balls might sleep less. A University of Southern Denmark sleep study found that their insomniac research subjects had 29% lower sperm counts compared to their better-sleeping counterparts.
Testicles were a part of law in Ancient Rome. Men would actually swear on their balls when they were called to testify in courts, using it as a show of truthfulness and honor.
Swamp balls aren’t the result of sweat. The sweat may feel gross below the belt, but that infamous smell is actually caused by the bacteria colonizing all your sensitive bits.
Warm temperatures are bad for your sperm. Meanwhile, keeping your lower bits cooler promotes better health and fertility, causing sperm to swim at a better pace and ultimately survive longer.

]]>The post 7 Fruits for Hard Morning Wood appeared first on Big Natural Testicles.
]]>We usually tend to eat with our eyes, hearts and stomachs. However, most foods can affect extremely specific parts of the body.
In this case, some of them can affect the health of one of our best mates: the mostly glorious penis.
Actually, the human body is such a fine piece of machinery that everything we eat tends to go exactly where it’s needed.
But if some healthy foods can benefit our third leg, why aren’t we indulging?
So, here’s the goal: the following 7 fruits for hard morning wood are a must that are absolutely needed in your weekly diet. Add them to your grocery list without further ado!
The following fruits to improve erections will ensure that your body will have enough nutrients, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins for your penis to function optimally.
Moreover, the addition of healthier ingredients (and maybe the elimination of some that aren’t as healthy) will reduce your overall risk of disease.
It also pays to keep your arteries healthy so you maintain good circulation and stronger erections.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Apples possess some great health benefits and are available all year round.
When it comes to penile health, the peel is far more interesting. Apple peels contain an active compound called ursolic acid.
Research has shown that this compound can stop the growth of prostate cancer cells. (source)
While more research is needed, it’s clear that an apple a day is a great option to keep prostate issues away and thus, maintain optimal erections…all year round!
Berries – particularly blueberries, cherries and blackberries – are packed with anthocyanins, a type of flavonoid that gives fruits and vegetables their vibrant colors.
Harvard researchers have found that a diet rich in these foods can do as much as a few hours of weekly brisk walks in regards of erectile function. (source)
Another researcher from the University of East Anglia, England said that “Men who regularly consumed foods high in these flavonoids were 10 percent less likely to suffer erectile dysfunction”.
With that in mind, make sure to stock up berries and freeze them for when they are out of season!
Fish oil can also help prevent ED and improve libido, erectile performance and overall health. Check out this article to learn more.
Similar to berries, citrus fruits contain a lot of flavonoids – more precisely flavanones and flavones.
These compounds are excellent to lower the risk of erectile dysfunction and ensure optimal erections.
Researchers have speculated that the flavonoids found in these fruits may be useful to improve the health of blood vessels by relaxing the arteries – which in turn, can improve blood flow.
The same Harvard research mentioned above found that the addition of weekly exercise to a flavanoid-rich diet reduced the risk of ED by 21%. (source)
Bananas are good for more than satisfying a big hunger, making a hearty breakfast or snack, and treating constipation. This great energy booster is also a bit of an aphrodisiac!
Eating bananas can help bring arousal back and improve sexual health.
Additionally, bananas are an excellent source of potassium. This mineral helps regulate blood pressure and testosterone production, two key elements to ensure good erections.
Finally, this penis-shaped fruit also improves blood flow, which will help ensure that enough blood goes toward your mate!
These 5 vasodilators (foods that boost blood flow) are brilliant if you want to get hard morning wood every single morning!
This summer favorite contains a high amount of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals (such as potassium) that are beneficial for our overall health.
But watermelon also contains citrulline, a precursor of a gas called nitric oxide.
Higher levels of this gas will relax blood vessels and as a result, boost blood flow naturally.
Finally, watermelon is a great tool to lose weight.
Being overweight increases the risk of ED and simply losing the extra weight can bring things back to normal.
So, when the warmer months are around, gorge on watermelon without moderation!
The Aztecs used to call the avocado tree “the testicle tree”. They were on to something…
Avocados are a brilliant source of healthy fats, vitamins and potassium. Moreover, avocados are great to boost your sex drive.
This salad and toast favorite provides good quantities of vitamin E and zinc, two key nutrients to boost fertility.
Also, zinc can improve free testosterone levels (the quantity of testosterone that can be used straight away) and vitamin E can improve sperm quality.
To maximize the beneficial properties of avocados, add some beets and enjoy a salad that can improve erectile performance!
If there’s one fruit that should be eaten every day, it’s tomatoes!
Tomatoes are usually used as a vegetable, but they are in fact a fruit. They are very versatile and rather low in sugar too.
Eating tomatoes regularly can provide several benefits.
For instance, research shows that foods rich in lycopene – an antioxidant that provides the red color to tomatoes – may prevent prostate cancer.
Furthermore, tomatoes can improve male fertility, blood flow and sperm quality.
Check out my free ebook for more tips to boost sperm quality and quantity.
Your diet plays an extremely important role in your body’s production of testosterone.
Testosterone is the single most important hormone in the male body in terms of sexual health and performance, so it pays to optimize the amount you have in your body.
There are a lot more fruits out there that will help optimize you testosterone levels and therefore give you harder, stronger erections.
Below I’ve included a few more of my top fruits for optimal T levels as well as the science behind why each food can have big benefits.
While you could just eat an orange, I prefer to drink OJ instead because it’s an easier and faster way to get the nutrients you need from this common fruit.
Now that said, to get the biggest benefits you should drink fresh-squeezed or non-concentrate orange juice. Orange juice from concentrate tends to have lower levels of the good stuff.
Orange juice is extremely high in vitamin C, a substance many of us already know is important for immune system health. But did you know vitamin C also helps optimize your T levels?
Studies have shown that vitamin C protects your Leydig cells from oxidative damage due to harmful chemicals. This is critical because your testosterone is produced inside those cells. (source)
Another study showed that vitamin C has a positive effect of sperm quality and volume. (source)
Vitamin C has also been shown to lower levels of cortisol, a stress hormone that blocks testosterone production. (source)
Pineapples are also very high in vitamin C, and they’re delicious.
They’re beneficial for the same reasons as orange juice, although overall they have a slightly lower concentration of the good stuff than OJ does.
That said, pineapples are also packing some other goodies that your body needs.
For one, pineapples are high in a proteolytic enzyme called bromelain. Studies have shown that bromelian consumption can help keep your T levels from dropping due to intense exercise. (source)
The mango is another fruit high in vitamin C.
Mangoes are also high in sugar in the form of fructose – but that’s actually a good thing!
Sugar has been demonized by the nutrition industry for a long time, but it’s really not as bad as they make it sound. In fact, fructose intake is key for maintaining healthy T levels and an active metabolism.
Science backs this up too, but these studies aren’t cited very often by the community.
Sugar is the main fuel for your body’s thyroid gland, a major source of hormone production that’s responsible for your metabolic rate and energy levels.
Studies have confirmed that eating more simple sugars (like fructose) can actually increase your metabolic rate and energy levels. (source)
Fructose and other simple sugars can also help limit oxidative damage to your cells, a major cause of decreased testosterone production. (source)
Just like many of the fruits I already mentioned, kiwis are high in vitamin C and fructose. They’re beneficial for many of the same reasons I already covered above.
However, kiwis also have another less obvious benefit for your testosterone levels.
In one study, researchers examined the relationship of kiwi consumption and sleep quality in healthy human adults. Subjects were given 2 kiwis about an hour before bed every day over a 4 week period.
The results were pretty surprising. The consumption of kiwis appeared to have a massive positive impact on sleep, making it easier for subjects to fall asleep and stay asleep for longer. (source)
This in itself is a big benefit because sleep plays a major role in testosterone production. In general, 8 hours per night is the target you want to hit. Even just an hour less than that can drop your morning T levels by up to 15 percent. (source)

]]>Are you struggling to naturally increase your ejaculate volume?
Many men struggle with the same issue every single day. So, know that you aren’t alone.
If you are into porn, you probably have wondered how those men were capable to shoot buckets of cum, right?
So, maybe lasting longer in bed could boost your load, since that’s pretty much what they do.
Well, let’s discover if that’s true and look at efficient natural methods that can help you in that area.
At the end of this article, you will have all the information you need to get mind blowing loads in no time!
First, let’s start with the most logical question here… Is your semen volume normal?
Most of us already know if our penis is average, above or below average but do you know if the quantity of cum that you produce is within the norm?
Well, according to research, normal semen volume ranges from 1.5 to 5 ml per ejaculation (for reference, 5 ml is approximately a teaspoon). And even if you don’t scratch the 5 ml, that doesn’t necessarily mean you aren’t healthy. (1)
However, anything less than 1.5 ml may need a professional opinion. Especially, if the change is sudden.
But keep in mind that semen volume declines with age and isn’t consistent if you are sexually active (masturbation included). So, there’s no reason to overly worry here.
But, do consult a doctor if you notice an important and sudden change in your semen volume.
Nonetheless, contrary to belief, ejaculate volume isn’t related to fertility or overall health, unless the volume is very low.
Well, kind of and just for one simple reason. Lasting longer in bed usually means that your overall health is good.
And if your overall health is good that means that your load is optimal. In other words, it is probably as big as it can get.
So, indirectly, lasting longer in bed can boost your load. But that’s about it when it comes to performance.
Physiologically speaking, your semen volume depends on the size of the seminal vesicles that produce it and genetics – some ethnicities produce more sperm than others.
If lasting longer doesn’t do much more to ejaculate bigger loads, what can you possibly do?
Is there something that can be done?
If your diet can be better, it’s time to improve it! A healthier diet equals healthier sperm and quite possibly, a bigger load.
Start by eliminating processed foods and favour a diet high in protein and low in trans fats.
Accompany your quality protein with many green veggies and quality carbohydrates.
Prefer organic and seasonal produce whenever possible, by following this pattern you will discover new fruits and vegetables, and enjoy them when they are the tastier.
Additionally, make sure to drink plenty of water daily.
It’s recommended to drink 2 litres daily but do drink more when it’s hot and when you are physically active.
Foods rich in Vitamin C & Antioxidants to get bigger loads | Foods rich in Amino Acids | Best Foods rich in Zinc | Foods rich in Folic Acid |
Citrus Fruits & Kiwi | Red Meat (with moderation) | Walnuts | Whole grain Cereals |
Leafy Greens | Dairy Products | Beans | Leafy Greens |
Red Sweet Pepper | Eggs | Oysters | Legumes |
Parsley | Nuts & Sesame Seeds to increase sperm volume | Beef & Chicken | Oranges |
As you know, certain habits are extremely nefarious when it comes to your health.
They stress the body and the immune system, which will eventually lead to a lower sperm count.
Whether you are trying to be more fertile or have a bigger load, it’s best to refrain from smoking.
For instance, you could try vaping, which is far less toxic or quit…cold turkey or with a little help.
It’s up to you but know that your erections will also improve significantly if you ditch the cigarette!
Furthermore, an excessive alcohol consumption can also be disastrous in terms of your semen’s quality.
If you are overweight or obese, you may want to lose the extra weight. In return, you will see a significant improvement in the sexual area.
Your loads may or may not get bigger but what will most certainly improve is your sex drive, your performance, your erections and finally, your testosterone levels.
So, while weight-loss isn’t going to make you cum buckets in no time, it will definitely improve your sexual life.
Now, there’s a very specific type of exercise that can help boost semen volume.
They are called Kegel exercises.
These exercises are designed to reinforce your pelvic floor muscles, in order to improve erections and ejaculations.
Finally, do remember that your semen volume has nothing to do with your sexual abilities or your health. But the best way to REALLY boost your load, is abstinence. (2)
So, if you have a partner that may not be great but if you haven’t, it’s a good exercise of self-control that will definitely get you bigger loads!

]]>The post Do Testicles Get Bigger or Smaller as You Age ? appeared first on Big Natural Testicles.
]]>As you may know, ageing brings a lot of changes with it.
Past 30 years old, testosterone – aka T – levels consistently drop, just a tiny itty bit, year by year.
And it happens in your testicles because that’s where the manly hormone is produced.
Now, let’s dig into some facts…
An average testicle is about 4 x 3 x 2 cm in size and has an oval shape. Also, it’s highly normal to have a testes of a different size.
Testicles are found in the scrotum and are attached at each end to the spermatic cord.
These two gorgeous balls not only ensure your T levels but also your fertility, by being essentially external pouches for your sperm.
But if you are here, you may have noticed that your testicles have somewhat changed overtime or you are worried they will.
So, do testicles get bigger or smaller as you age?
And if they do change, does it really matter?
Wondering if your penis can shrink with age too? Check out this article.
While some studies have suggested that larger testicles are associated with higher testosterone levels in mammals and smaller sperm production…
This doesn’t necessarily mean that a healthy human can’t produce normal testosterone and sperm levels in smaller than average testicles. (source)
Wondering if your testosterone levels are normal? Check out this article.
There are some medical conditions that can influence testes size and testosterone levels. In these cases, medical oversight will be crucial to improve T levels.
For instance, Klinefelter syndrome – which is the result of an additional X chromosome…
Can result in smaller and/or undescended testicles, low sex drive and a few female characteristics, such as less body hair and more breast tissue.
Furthermore, this syndrome can lead to lower T levels and decreased sperm activity, which can result in infertility.
Then, there’s another similar but far more common condition called “male menopause,” otherwise known as hypogonadism.
The symptoms of hypogonadism can include:
In both cases, testosterone therapy is the suggested treatment, which can be useful for the most severe cases. Just be aware that it can have serious and lasting side effects.
However, men with mild cases can usually improve both conditions by improving their lifestyle.
Natural methods like eating the right foods, taking probiotics and other supplements, and getting more sleep will help to increase your testosterone levels. These are usually my main recommendations.
However, if your testes are swollen or you notice other symptoms associated with smaller testicles, this could be the sign of an underlying issue. In this case, you should consult a doctor.
At birth, a male testicle is about 1 cubic centimetre and it stays that size until around 8, when puberty hits.
Then, during puberty, the testes grow steadily until reaching their adult size.
With age, testosterone levels drop and this drop of production tends to make testicles smaller.
This phenomenon is called testicular atrophy. (source)
This change is very gradual and rarely noticeable. Think of it as your other half losing a little weight and you not noticing because you see them every single day.
However, other than age, specific health issues can also cause testicular atrophy, such as:
Obviously, most of these factors will require medical assistance.
But, there are other factors that are rather harmless.
For example, cold can temporarily affect the “apparent” size of your testes and penis.
This is actually a very healthy coping mechanism of the body. Your testicles are outside of your body because your sperm production needs an ideal temperature and your inner body is too warm.
When exposed to cold, your testicles will temporarily retract to maintain the temperature of your precious swimmers. Nothing to worry about there.
Nonetheless, there’s another pathology that can change testicles size and/or shape, especially in older gentleman.
A change of size or shape, a lump, or a “heavier” testicle could be the first sign of testicular cancer.
While this form of cancer is generally treated very successfully, it’s crucial to spot it early on.
As you may know, testicles are quite sensitive and unsurprisingly, quite precious.
Benign changes can happen to them but sometimes, the changes can be the symptom of something else.
So, check your testes monthly by gently rolling them between your thumb and fingers to notice any changes in the size, shape or hardness.
If you see or feel anything suspicious, consult a doctor as soon as possible. It probably won’t be a big deal, but it could be.
Thus, it’s better to be proactive to prevent anything from getting worse.
Don’t wait – keep your testes healthy. Your jewels are indeed very precious.
So, let’s review.
The size of your testicles is directly related to your testosterone levels.
As men age, their testosterone levels slowly drop over time.
Meaning the answer is yes, your testicles may shrink a bit as you age.
This is totally normal and not something to freak out about. But that doesn’t mean you have to just sit back and let it happen!
There are plenty of natural ways that you can optimize your testosterone levels (and by extension, your testicle size) as you grow older.
The key here is maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Most of these methods are low cost or completely free, but they do require some commitment, dedication, and consistency.
Don’t let that dissuade you though – it’s 100% worth it. The benefits you’ll get from boosted T levels will reap rewards in all areas of your life.
So with that said, let’s review a few proven, natural methods to keep your T levels firing even as you age.
I breifly mentioned this above. Let me elaborate a bit more.
The amount of sleep you get is directly related to your testosterone levels. Even just an extra hour of sleep per night can give you a noticeable boost.
Science has proven this time and again.
In one study, two groups of men participated in a sleep trial where group A slept about 4 hours per night and group B slept about 8 hours per night. The men’s testosterone levels were tested in the morning each day.
The results were clear. Group B subjects who slept 8 hours had more that double the amount of testosterone in their bodies than group A subjects at the time of testing.
The kicker? This study was done specifically on older men between 64 and 74 years old. (source)
Remember when I said these were low cost or free? Well this one might actually save you money!
An occasional drink isn’t too bad, but alcohol is a testosterone killer if used excessively.
In one study, researchers concluded that heavy, consistent alcohol use can result in hypogonadism. (source)
Remember I mentioned that above? Hypogonadism is the medical name for when your balls stop producing testosterone – not good.
Lots of other studies have come up with similar results. (source)
It really comes down to how much you drink. Heavy drinking is bad, but the occasional drink won’t hurt you too much.
In one study, data showed that drinking the equivalent of about 2 glasses of red wine resulted in just a 7% drop in T levels. (source)
So if you choose to drink, know this: the more you do it, the lower your T levels will be.
Being active is one of the best things you can do to maintain healthy T levels as you age.
Intense exercise will bring you the biggest T boost. I’m talking sprinting, circuit training, resistance training, and weight lifting.
But those aren’t the only ways to increase your T levels through exercise. Even mild activity has been shown to provide a noticeable boost.
In one study, overweight men were tested to see what impact physical activity would have on their T levels.
The men were split into high and low activity groups. Both groups showed increased T levels after 12 weeks, but they were significantly higher in the group doing more activity.
Overall, the team found a significant positive correlation between T levels and the number of steps taken. (source)
So hit the gym, go for a bike ride, or just take a walk – your T levels will get a boost!

]]>As some of you know, gut health is raging in the mainstream media and scientific community.
And with good reason. We are now discovering that our tiny gut passengers can actually do a lot of positive things for us.
Moreover, there is also a specific gut bacteria that seems to interact with testosterone: Lactobacillus reuteri
So, how does it all work? How does microscopic bacteria influence our health?
Discover 5 effective steps to reverse age-related penile shrinkage!
The human body is an amazing machine and so is the digestive tract. At the end of the day, anything that comes in our mouths is dealt with by our guts.
First, food is broken down in the stomach. The acidic environment of the stomach also ensures the neutralisation of any unwanted pathogens and microbes.
Simultaneously, many organs work full-time to help the digestive process. The stomach and pancreas produce enzymes that will further break down macro-nutrients (aka protein, carbs and fats).
Additionally, the liver will produce bile, which will then be released by the gallbladder into the stomach to facilitate the digestion of fat.
Then, food continues to be broken down through the “small” 20-foot long intestine.
And quickly enough, it becomes so small that the nutrients can start to be absorbed into the bloodstream.
Finally, anything that hasn’t gone into the bloodstream by now will make its way though the 5-foot long large intestine.
It’s in the small and large intestines where billions of gut bacteria reside.
You can boost your testosterone levels by simply improving your sleep! Learn more here.
Now, the gut bacteria will start synthesising vitamins and fatty acids, and processing waste products.
But our intestinal bacteria does much more than process nutrients and waste.
More than 75% of our immune system and more than 100 million neurons lie in our guts too.
In other words, our gut and its inhabitants can communicate with our brains and are crucial for our resistance to disease.
But what does this have to do with testosterone and testicle size?

Earlier I mentioned Lactobacillus reuteri, a species of bacteria found across the animal kingdom, humans included.
This is one of the first species of bacteria that is naturally established in the guts of newborns.
In other words, it’s one of first batches of healthy bacteria that we all start existence with.
Now let’s jump to 2014.
A MIT study found that Lactobacillus reuteri also does wonders for males. (source)
The study showed that rats who were fed this probiotic exhibited:
So, Lactobacillus reuteri did INCREASE the testicle size of rodents tested in this study.
Moreover, Lactobacillus reuteri also boosts vitamin D blood levels – which is associated with higher T levels and thus, bigger testicles. (source)
Similarly, other species of bacteria can have a positive impact on testosterone levels.
For instance, Lactobacillus rhamnosus reduces the levels of cortisol in mice – aka the hormone of stress.
High levels of cortisol have been linked to lower levels of testosterone and reduced libido.
Supplementation of this probiotic can potentially reduce anxiety and all of its ill effects.
Probiotics are found in certain foods such as yogurt, sauerkraut, choucroute, kimchi, kombucha and other fermented foods. Ideally, eat some of these foods whenever you can.
Otherwise, the best way to get specific strains of probiotics is supplementation.
The best strain of Lactobacillus reuteri is ATCC 6475.
If you can’t find this particular strain, search for brands with great feedback, you will easily find what you need.
It’s also important to know that probiotics are generally safe. Nonetheless, there is always a tiny risk of side effects with any supplement.
Rest reassured, these are usually in the gastric department.
Worst case scenario, you may end up with an upset belly that will eventually fade away once your body has adjusted to the introduction of new healthy bacteria.
So, eat plenty of fermented foods, find reliable probiotic supplements and enjoy your larger testicles!
Additionally, continue following our healthy tips and you will see improvements quickly!

I already talked about Lactobacillus reuteri pretty extensively in this article – and for good reason. This is one of the best probiotics for male sexual health.
Studies have shown that it can significantly increase testicle size compared to a control group. (source)
However, Lactobacillus reuteri isn’t the only probiotic that can have big benefits for men in the bedroom. Let’s check out a few more of the best probiotics for male sexual health.
The bacteria known as Lactobacillus rhamnosus is another excellent probiotic for men.
I touched on this one very briefly above, so let me go into a bit more detail on why Lactobacillus rhamnosus is beneficial.
It all has to do with your stress levels. When you’re stressed, your body produces a hormone known as cortisol which can wreak havoc on your testosterone levels.
Now, cortisol isn’t all bad, but when you maintain elevated cortisol levels for a long period it can actually destroy the testosterone in your body.
It doesn’t even matter why you’re stressed – nearly all types of long-term stressors can significantly lower your T levels. There are tons of studies out there that have confirmed this. (source, source, source)
Now here’s where Lactobacillus rhamnosus comes in.
One major study on mice tested whether supplementation with this bacteria would lower stress levels. During the study, the test group was fed Lactobacillus rhamnosus daily.
Both the test and control groups were subjected to the same stressful situations. When their cortisol levels were measured after the fact, the test group showed 100 times lower cortisol levels than the control group. (source)
Now, don’t think that this study is irrelevant just because it was done on mice. In fact, humans and mice have very similar reproductive and hormone systems in our bodies – which is why mice are commonly used in scientific studies.
Bottom line: supplementing with Lactobacillus rhamnosus can lower your cortisol levels and raise your testosterone levels.
The bacteria strain known as Clostridium scindens is another powerful probiotic for fighting back against stress.
Similar to Lactobacillus rhamnosus, this bacteria helps lower cortisol levels and raise testosterone levels. But it works a bit differently.
One study done on rats dove deeper into the science behind this probiotic. Results from that study showed that Clostridium scindens was actually able to directly convert cortisol into testosterone. (source)
This study also asserted that probiotic intake was generally beneficial for all areas of sex hormone production including testosterone.
Sure, you can dig around online for supplements. But as I said earlier in this article, you need to be careful so you avoid the snake oil salesmen.
There’s an easier way to increase your probiotic intake – you can start eating a few key foods. These foods all involve some sort of fermentation, because fermentation naturally creates probiotic bacteria.

]]>The post Sexual Benefits of Black Ginger for Men appeared first on Big Natural Testicles.
]]>Nonetheless, it’s slowly becoming a new “super” ingredient – especially when it comes to its effects on sexual health.
Now, black ginger isn’t the only natural substances out there that can give you a big boost in the bedroom – but it is one of the best. My other favorite is beet juice and powder.
But what is black ginger?
Black ginger – otherwise known as Kaempferia parviflora – is a herbaceous plant native to Thailand.
Several cultures in southeast Asia have used this plant for its alleged positive effects on male sexuality (like increased libido, endurance, and improved erections) for hundreds of years.
In recent years, black ginger has become the subject of increased scientific interest. This little known plant could be a good alternative to pharmaceuticals such as Viagra and Cialis.
Such pharmaceuticals work by inhibiting an enzyme known as phosphodiesterase-5 or PDE-5.
This enzyme breaks a bond in the compound cAMP, a compound known to stimulate vasodilation (the relaxing of blood vessels).
By inhibiting PDE-5, these drugs allow cAMP to remain in the blood longer and thus improve blood flow via nitric oxide synthesis.
Nitric oxide is a crucial gas for erections as it boosts blood flow, particularly in the penis erectile chambers – which ensures longer lasting and much harder erections.
When it comes to black ginger, it does pretty much the same thing as pharmaceuticals such as Viagra.
Black ginger isn’t quite as potent, but it doesn’t come with the heavy duty side effects of pharmaceuticals.
For instance, with this plant you won’t risk having severe migraines, dizziness, or priapism – a never-ending erection.
But that’s not all, black ginger can do even more!
Looking for more vasodilators? Check out this article to learn about the best vasodilators for HARD morning wood.
Black ginger also acts on the dopaminergic system by boosting dopamine levels. This neurotransmitter plays a crucial role in normal sexual function.
This can be particularly useful for erectile dysfunction sufferers and people who tend to masturbate a lot.
If you fall under the latter, check out this article to learn more about the link between excessive masturbation & premature ejaculation.
As for black ginger, the resulting increase of dopamine improves your mood and helps you more easily deal with stress, anxiety and depression. (source)
But that’s still not all for black ginger. It’s far superior to its pharmaceutical counterparts because it can also improve several other things.
For instance, black ginger can:
Additionally, the blood-boosting properties of black ginger can also improve heart health.
Moreover, this plant has the ability to increase caloric expenditure – which will result in a higher metabolic rate.
In other words, you will burn more calories, have a faster physical recovery, have an improved resistance to stress, sleep better and have an energy boost.
While on the subject of black ginger metabolic properties, it is worth mentioning that it also activates brown adipose tissue.
A 2014 study showed that black ginger increases this type of body fat, which possesses thermogenic properties and boosts weight loss and energy production. (source)
Wnat to increase your erectile strength? Check out this article for a few natural methods to clean your arteries and improve circulation.
You are now well-versed in black ginger’s properties. You should also know that there is little to no evidence when it comes to any adverse effects.
But do respect dosage and just in case, watch for any adverse reaction at first.
Also, if you take medications, consult your physician to ensure that they are compatible with black ginger.
If you suffer from arrhythmias or other pre-existing heart conditions, you may want to abstain from this plant.
So, what’s an effective dose of black ginger?
Usually, it’s recommended to take between 1000 to 1500 mg daily.
Stick to extracts that have been controlled by an independent company.
Additionally, Muy Thai boxers often associate black ginger with an herb called Butea Superb because of the potentially increased results of the combination.
Important note: DO NOT combine black ginger with other PDE-5 inhibitors such as Viagra and Cialis.
I really only scratched the surface of the health benefits of black ginger in the first part of this article.
In reality, this plant has far-reaching health benefits that go well beyond sexual performance.
But since we’re talking about it already, let me give you some more evidence of black ginger’s sexual benefits.
As I said above, black ginger has long been used in Thai culture as way to increase libido, sex drive, and performance in the sack.
The science backs up these claims.
One study found that black ginger was able to provide serious improvements for older men struggling with erectile dysfunction.
In that study, after 2 months of consistent supplementation with black ginger extract, subjects showed decreased erection latency (they got erections faster from visual stimuli) as well as increased penis size when both flaccid and erect. (source)
You read that right – black ginger extract actually increased penis size in these test subjects. The biggest boost here was observed in penis length when fully erect.
In another similar study, male subjects were given a black ginger supplement daily for a 1 month period. The subjects were surveyed at the beginning and end of the study to evaluate their sexual performance and satisfaction.
Results at the end of the study were clear: test subjects reported significant improvements in erectile function and sexual satisfaction. (source)
Better still, the scientists conducting this study found that the black ginger supplement they used was tolerated well by all subjects and appeared to be extremely safe for daily use.
Earlier in this article, I briefly mentioned the science behind Viagra and how black ginger mimics its effects.
The basic idea is that these compounds help to relax the blood vessels (vasodilation) and improve circulation.
Studies of black ginger have confirmed these effects.
One study gave a test group of male subjects a black ginger supplement daily for 1 week. Results showed that the supplement improved peripheral circulation within an hour after taking it. (source)
Additionally, that same study found that black ginger was able to decrease blood pressure significantly. Subjects also reported noticeably improved energy levels at the end of the study.
Being overweight can have some big drawbacks in the bedroom.
The biggest one is that excessive body fat can spike your estrogen levels and decrease your testosterone levels.
This is pretty bad for men because testosterone is primarily responsible for sex drive and sexual performance.
One of the best ways to improve your sexual performance is to lose weight because this will allow your T levels to increase naturally.
Studies have shown that black ginger can have serious weight loss benefits.
One study on mice found that black ginger supplementation effectively suppressed weight gain. (source)
Black ginger has also been shown to activate a compound in the body known as AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK).
Several studies have shown that AMPK activation allows for improved metabolization of sugars and fats in the body, potentially contributing to weight loss. (source, source)
On top of all that, black ginger has been shown to improve physical fitness and endurance. (source)
Adding some black ginger to your weight loss regiment could pay big dividends.
Black ginger is an excellent option but it isn’t the only way to boost your sexual performance. Check out this article for 7 additional supplements to improve your sex game.

]]>As a man gets older, his penis and testicles will experience some shrinkage.
While that may be a fact, that doesn’t mean nothing can’t be done to fix it.
Several factors can decrease the size of the penis and most of them can be improved upon!
Usually, penis changes are smaller than an inch and shouldn’t affect your sexual life.
(If it does, you may be suffering from ED and I would recommend consulting your GP or a sexologist)
So…what are the steps to reverse penile shrinkage with age?
In reality, there are plenty of lifestyle and diet changes you can make today that will help you reverse and even prevent this process.
You can start by doing some Kegel exercises, a great way to help improve your erections. Check out this article to learn more.
Besides ageing, penile shrinkage can be caused by being overweight, prostate surgery, and a curving of the penis known as Peyronie’s disease.
When it comes to age, the size of your penis and testicles can also decrease due to a build-up of fatty deposits in your arteries – which leads to reduced blood flow to that area.
Erections need good blood flow, so this is something you want to pay attention to.
Over time, the muscles around that area will become less efficient. As a result, your erections may not be as good as they once were.
Additionally, scarring to your penis – from repeated small injuries during sex or sports – can cause a build-up of scar tissue.
This can reduce the size of your penis and limit an optimal erection.
Weight gain can give you the illusion that your penis is shorter. In very obese men, abdomen fat can engulf most of the penis.
Prostate surgery can also lead to mild or moderate shortening of the penis.
What’s the cause behind this?
The theory is that abnormal muscular contractions pull the penis farther into the body.
In turn, this can lead to difficult erections and a lack of oxygen from diminished blood flow. As a consequence, some muscle cells can shrink.
Finally, Peyronie’s disease happens when the penis develops an extreme curvature that can make intercourse painful or impossible.
In this case, surgery is required to remove some scar tissue causing the disease – which can lead to a smaller willy.
When it comes to prostate and Peyronie’s disease surgeries, not much can be done to reverse penile shrinkage.
However, if your penis is smaller due to ageing and/or weight gain, several things can improve its size!

A healthy diet is key to overall health and sexual health is no exception.
Furthermore, if you are overweight or obese, it’s in your best interest to lose the extra weight.
This will help you lose any fat deposits found around the penile area and thus, significantly improve sexual function.
Additionally, weight loss will improve blood flow towards your precious and decrease stress on your groin.
Similarly, even if your weight is within the healthy range, improving your diet will also boost blood circulation and lead to improved erections.
Finally, the quote “you are what you eat” also applies in the sexual area.
As such, make sure to eat plenty of sexual-boosting foods such as:
Beet juice can also help improve your erectile performance. Discover the prowesses of this humble vegetable in this article.
Physical activity is an absolute necessity to keep your body as young as possible!
Make sure to exercise at least 3 times a week for a minimum of 45 minutes, if not more.
Ideally, to boost your testosterone production and blood flow, alternate between cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.
Think of physical activity as the thing that will not only maintain your health but also improve it long term.
Finally, make sure to stay well-hydrated by consuming 8 to 10 glasses of water daily (and more if you have been sweating profusely).
Dehydration causes your tissues to contract and decreases blood flow.
Whether you’re into chain smoking or just have an occasional cigarette, you may want to seriously consider stopping.
Smoking has a profound impact on overall health and blood flow. It can also lead to erectile dysfunction and shrinkage. (source)
In order to have a firm erection, you need sufficient blood flow.
However, smoking leads to atherosclerosis in blood vessels, a disease that significantly impacts overall blood flow.
Moreover, some chemicals in smoke and nicotine can cause blood vessels to become narrower.
As such, smoking cessation will improve blood flow, erections and overall health.

Unlike smoking, you don’t need to stop drinking completely to see improvements.
However, reducing alcohol consumption can significantly improve your sexual life.
Excessive drinking can interfere with the nerve signals that prevent blood from leaving the penis. As a result, it becomes very difficult to rise…to the occasion.
Additionally, alcohol can dull pleasure and in some cases, can even lead to permanent nerve damage!
Finally, chronic drinking can reduce testosterone levels, which can in turn decrease libido, lower sperm count and lead to penile shrinkage.
Lack of sex can lead to penile shrinkage!
Research has shown that long periods of impotence or celibacy can result in a decrease of the penis size. (source)
As such, maintaining a healthy sex life is key to make sure your best mate stays as healthy as possible.
If you struggle finding a partner, consider online dating or find a new hobby that allows you to meet new people.
The cure to your shrinkage may actually be more sex!
I already went over the value of a healthy diet when it comes to your sexual health.
In general, the biggest benefit will come in the form of increased testosterone levels. This is key because testosterone is responsible for controlling your libido and the size of your package.
Meaning, if you’re experiencing some penile shrinkage, one of the most likely culprits is low testosterone.
There are some specific vitamins and minerals you should target – these have been proven to optimize testosterone levels in men.
You can try supplements, but in general it’s better to eat real foods that naturally contain the substances your body needs.
Below are a few of the best vitamins to prevent penile shrinkage and the foods where you can find them.
This vitamin is first on my list because it’s arguably on of the most impactful for your testosterone levels.
Studies have shown that when there’s no vitamin A found in human male testicles, T levels drop rapidly and estrogen production goes through the roof. (source)
Other studies have also been able to show a clear link between vitamin A levels and serum testosterone levels. (source)
So, optimizing your vitamin A intake will pay big dividends. Below are my top foods high in vitamin A.
This family of vitamins actually includes 8 different vitamins which are critical to your body’s primary biological functions.
B vitamins are responsible for energy levels, a healthy metabolism, hair and nail growth, and hormone production (including testosterone).
One study found that regular intake of select B vitamins plays a big role in sperm count and overall sexual health. (source)
By optimizing your vitamin B intake, you can ensure that your T levels stay high and your thyroid gland remains very active.
So what should you eat to maximize your B vitamin intake? Check out these foods:
This vitamin is also really a family of a few vitamins that offer potent antioxidant effects as well as a big boost to testosterone levels.
Studies have shown that vitamin E is critical for healthy fertility in both men and women. (source)
The reason? Vitamin E plays a big role in preventing oxidative damage inside crucial hormone-producing cells. (source)
The positive effect of vitamin E on testosterone levels has also been confirmed by science. Studies have shown that supplementation with vitamin E can result in increased total, free, plasma and tissue testosterone. (source)
Luckily, there are plenty of common foods high in vitamin E. Check out my top vitamin E foods below.
Magnesium is another crucial substance for maintaining healthy T levels at any age. Plenty of studies have been done.
One of the largest studies on the topic looked at data from numerous magnesium trials and came to one important conclusion: magnesium has a positive effect on testosterone levels in men. (source)
Other studies have confirmed that even a single gram of magnesium could increase T levels by up to 25% – but only in combination with exercise. (source)
So it pays to increase your magnesium intake and get active. Check out these foods high in magnesium:

]]>First of all, know this: about 20 to 30% of men suffer from premature ejaculation (aka PE).
Don’t worry, you aren’t alone.
In most cases, premature ejaculation can be treated or it can be managed very successfully.
So, if you are here, it means that you are wondering if high levels of testosterone can lead to premature ejac’s.
Well, it can (and I will shorlty explain why) but it’s not the only thing that can lead to PE, far from it.
These 7 supplements will improve your libido and enhance your sexual performance in no time!
Let’s go back to the basics.
Premature ejaculation means that a man tends to ejaculate quickly after penetration without no control whatsoever.
Which can lead to distress, which can in turn amplify this pathology.
It’s one of the most common form of sexual dysfunction in men.
Lifelong Premature Ejaculation: This type of PE affects young man when they become sexually active. It’s origin is primarily physical. As such, it’s managed rather than cured.
Acquired Premature Ejaculation: Unlike lifelong premature ejaculation, acquired PE develops later in life and can be usually treated. However, in some cases, management will be needed and it will most likely lead to sucess with a combination of medicine, specific exercises and/or therapy.
It’s important to acknowledge that men with Lifelong PE are just born this way. Management is an absolute necessity to obtain a satisfying sexual life.
Nonetheless, in the case of Acquired PE, it can be treated in most cases.
So, if you found yourself in the latter case, know that in all likelihood, you will be treated sucessfully.
Most cases of Acquired Premature Ejaculation are the result of anxiety (performance anxiety).
For this type of PE the treatment is a mix of therapy and specific erectile exercises.
Additionally, other kinds of erectile dysfunction can lead to PE. In such cases, treating the cause of the erectile dysfunction will also treat the PE.
Finally, heavy drinking, prostatitis (an inflammation of the prostate), heavy masturbation and thyroid troubles can also cause PE.
Consequently, making sure to find the cause is essential to treat the condition efficiently.
If you masturbate too often, it could be linked to your premature ejaculation. Discover more here!
One would think that higher levels of testosterone could only mean a better overall health and more manliness, right?
However, not unlike low levels of testosterone, high testosterone levels can also be troublesome.
Testosterone is a crucial actor in sexual activity. Accordingly, it plays a large role in regulating libido and certain enzymes, two things that are very important for the erectile process.
There are several studies suggesting that high testosterone levels could contribute to the onset of premature ejaculation.
For instance, The Journal of Sexual Medicine published a study where they found that testosterone played a facilitatory role (makes it easier) in the control of ejaculations.
Furthermore, men suffering from PE showed higher levels of T, while men with low testosterone were more prone to suffer from delayed ejaculation. (1)
This find was confirmed by other studies – showing that men with PE had a tendency to have higher levels of free testosterone (testosterone levels readily available for the body to use).
Men with PE caused by high testosterone can easily treat their condition by normalising their levels of testosterone.
Nevertheless, if high testosterone is the result of the use of illicit steroid drugs, stopping might be enough to treat PE. If not, don’t wait and consult your GP (doctor) as soon as possible.
Interesting Fact: A drop of – or insufficient – estrogen in men (the main sexual female hormone found both in women and men) can also lead to erectile dysfunction such as PE and low libido.
Thus, a healthy balance of both testosterone and estrogen is crucial for optimal erectile control. (2)
In other words, a little bit of a “dad bod” could be beneficial to your sexual life (a little bit… because a big daddy body can lead to high oestrogen levels, which aren’t good news at all for your hormonal health).
Kegel exercises – aka penile exercises – can improve both your PE and your erections, click here to know more!
