Exercise To Increase Testicle Size And Testosterone Fast
Routines that will either cause your testicles to expand or to shrink.
And once you’ve made it to the end of this article, you’re going to know exactly which is which…
Because there’s no doubt that certain types of exercise reduce anabolic hormones – which will cause testicular atrophy faster than you can say the word marathon.
But once you replace the testicle killing exercise with the good stuff, you’re going to hit the anabolic motherload – and once you do your testicles are going be fat, happy and rich.
When I was on the edge of the cliff, a mere body length from testicular recovery, I used exercise to make it to safety.
And I didn’t scratch my way to the surface, I literally flew up to the top, and I used anabolic routines to get there.
That’s how powerful exercise can be.
But I’m getting ahead of myself, so let’s take a step back and look at how all this started.
When my testosterone levels tanked, I got hit with all the brutality that Low-T men have to deal with…
My testicles shrunk down to the size of marbles, I stopped thinking about sex, and to make matters worse, I put on a ton of weight.
When I finally got fed up and decided to lose the blubber, I did what the experts were telling everybody to do.
I started running.
I was hitting the streets 4 days a week and agonizing my way through miles of drudgery.
I was losing pounds but I didn’t feel good at all. My sex drive wasn’t getting any better, my testicles felt soft and my semen output went down.
But for some strange reason, I stayed with it…
After about 6 months of this I decided it was time to run my first 10k, so I signed up for an event in my hometown here in California.
My wife came down the day of the race and brought our video camera, and as I was crossing the finish line she filmed me.
When I was watching the tape later that night I looked at my arms, which I had raised above my head as I crossed the line, and I actually felt embarrassed.
I had lost so much muscle around my biceps I looked like a concentration camp victim.
Needless to say, that was the end of running for me and it was one of the happiest days of my life because I’ve always HATED running anyway.
But this brings up an important question….
Why were my testicles softening, my sex drive declining and my muscles wasting away while I was engaged in what most people consider a very healthy activity – distance running?
One clue comes from a paper published in Sports Medicine, titled…
Endurance Training and Testosterone Levels
The evidence suggests endurance training significantly affects the major male reproductive hormone, testosterone. At rest testosterone appears to be lower in the endurance-trained male than in the untrained male. The mechanism of this lowering is currently unclear, but may be related to dysfunctions within the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular regulatory axis.
What the researches are saying here is, testosterone levels are lower in endurance athletes than they are in men who are untrained.
And this decrease happens because the hypothalamus and the pituitary gland stop sending signals to the testicles to make testosterone soon after an endurance event.
And this is exactly what happened to me during my failed running experiment.
So I would have been better off if I had stayed on the couch rather than pushing my hormones down even further by running around my neighborhood for hours every week.
Of course, I would have still been a sick man but at least I wouldn’t have lost those additional hormones I so desperately needed at that point in my life.
In retrospect, what I should have done is exercised like a short distance athlete, using intervals because short routines, when done right, don’t decrease anabolic hormones, they increase them, as the following pic’s clearly demonstrate.
Let’s look at some distance runners first…
Now let’s compare these distance runners to three men who compete at the ultimate anabolic distance – the 100 meter dash.
The short routines performed by these last three men define the words Testicle Exercise, because they boost anabolic hormone production in the body….
Leading to more testosterone, more muscle mass and healthier testicles.
I wrote a detailed chapter in my e-course that shows you exactly how to perform these anabolic routines, step by step.
